This is for you: Reflectrix. Being congeneric to the Cydia moth, Reflectrix was developed to reflect the user popularity of tweaks. Reflectrix comes as a standalone app as well as a Cydia addon and shows you both featured and top tweaks at a glance. Top tweaks are derived from popularity with users and you can even browse charts by category, e.g., Themes.

Reflectrix compiles the Top Charts by reporting the identifiers of packages you install or remove on your device. This happens in a completely anonymous way with a salted hash of your UDID (which on its own can be considered anonymous). By installing Reflectrix you agree to the reporting - otherwise the user generated Top Charts could not work.
